決定戒菸戒酒戒咖啡戒茶。繼前幾天喝掉半瓶威士忌之後，覺得身體的健康實在太重要，我想要身體是一直年輕的，因為有太多想做的事情還沒完成。

我看著每天鏡中的自己，思考著，擁有自信的臉蛋最迷人最亮麗，哪怕身上的穿搭不那麼起眼。可是穿搭也是提升自己自信的一個關鍵因素。
